Meeting guests for check-in and making the process easy is something we take pride in, and we're glad it worked so well for you. The location truly is a standout feature – just a minute from the beach and close to the clubs and Waikiki, yet quiet enough for a good night's rest when the doors are closed. That balance is something we carefully consider when selecting apartments. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the shower pressure, pillows, and the occasional mosquito. We'll pass these points along to the property owners and the local concierge to see if improvements can be made, particularly with the water pressure and possibly adding mosquito screens or repellent devices for future guests. We're glad you found the location ideal – close to bars, restaurants, and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax. It's also good to hear that the welcome was warm; the local concierges we work with take pride in making guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. However, we're very concerned about the issues you raised. The broken entrance door, lack of cleanliness, strange smell, and stiff curtains are all points that fall well below the standards we expect and that our guests deserve. We take these matters very seriously. We will immediately contact the local concierge and the property owners to address the door lock, improve the cleaning protocols, and investigate the source of the smell. We also want to make sure the curtains are checked so future guests don't face the same inconvenience. We regret that these issues affected your stay and hope they didn't completely overshadow the advantages of the location.
