Small but lovely place with great views to the marina
We've greatly enjoyed our stay in cap d'agde. Frederic, the appartment owner, was very approchable and friendly. It was very easy to get in touch with him and get help before and during our stay - which is something that you'll appreciate because cap d'adge in mutiple areas is very unique. The studio was small (like almost all the studios in cap d'agde) but more than enough for our Stay. It was clean, super well equipped and organised. We missed nothing but more time to enjoy more. And the real appartment jewel is a great terrace with views to the Marina. We had breakfast, afternoon drinks and dinner in the terrace and it was a lovely experience. We will repeat for sure!

Nicely located apartment with great host
I just finished a 4 night stay at Sunrise Port Venus 311 and cannot speak highly enough of the hosts/owners Frederic and his wife, who are extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment has everything that a single traveler or couple would need, has a great view of the marina, and provides access to a fantastic, large pool. It is also air conditioned, which is great. I recommend it to anyone who is considering a stay.

Holiday 2019 Village Naturiste
Excellent appartement with a beautiful location. It is not large but contains all you need such as a kitchen area, toaster, water boiler, coffemachine, microwave etc. You have access to a large wonderful swimingpool wich is private and only for the residents at Port Venus. The appartement is placed a bit away from the partyzone so it is quiet and relaxing. The host was very helpful and nice. We highly recommend Sunrise Port Venus 311 and we will come back.

Stylish studio with the best view
It was a small but yet very stylish and charming studio. The balcony streched over to harbor - really great views and sunny place to sit and had morning coffee. Despite the small size, it has everything you need for a stay like kitchenette, hairdryer, iron, coffee-machine, beach towels, umbrella....Even salt, pepper, oil and coffee! The host was very friendly and attentitive. So the apartment was great. Only thing that the neighboring area had some pavement works - it made our walking bit uncomfortable but the next guests have definitely most wonderful pathways there!

Merci à Youri pour l'accueil sympathique ! Disponible, efficace, souriant... rien à redire. Notre hôte nous a accompagnés jusqu'à l'appartement et donné tous les renseignements pour profiter du séjour. Des petits plus : dosettes de café en quantité, eau fraîche, bouteille de rosé. Le studio est arrangé avec goût, proche des commodités avec une jolie vue sur la marina. Terrasse qui permet de profiter du soleil levant. Nous recommandons.

Very good in parts
Great views, can mfprtable but very small flat. The drain was blocked and bedside light faulty when I arrived. Worst for me was that the reception arrangements were chaotic. I ended up waiting an hour and a half after my arrival with no replies from given contact numbers. I was told this was exceptional. My suggestion that a small starter pack of condiments/ basics be provided for short stay, self cooking was quickly adopted; salt, pepper and olive oil were provided. This all left me with the thought; this is a potentially good place. Why aren’t they bothering? - until challenged

Joli petit appart hôtel décoré avec goût et bien situé. Un peu petit pour plusieurs jours à deux. Très bon accueil et la bouteille de rosé offerte est un petite attention qui fait bien plaisir! Je reviendrai 😉

Just Perfect -- Highly Recommended
The apartment was beautiful -- clean, well-kept and with a lovely view. It was clear that a lot of care had been put into it. The kitchen was more than adequate for my needs. The service couldn't have been better: Frederic and Victoria were communicative, attentive and responded quickly to all of my questions and the one problem that arose. When the WiFi stopped working, I messaged Frederic. He responded within minutes and brought a hotspot for me to use. Check-in and check-out were easy and Frederich helped organize transport to the Agde train station. I was very impressed with my stay and would definitely book again with Cap d'Agde Studio. Thank you, Frederic!

Une bonne surprise dans le village naturiste
Studio tout confort dans petite résidence calme, loin de l’agitation du centre du village naturiste. 3ème étage avec ascenseur, superbe vue sur le port de plaisance. Loggia très agréable, studio climatisé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, lit de 140, bonne literie. Petite kitchenette (plaque vitro, réfrigérateur, micro onde, cafetière Nespresso, vaisselle et ustensile de cuisine,) tv, internet , salle de douche sympa, emplacement de parking privatif et sécurisé par un portail électrique pour l’ensemble des résidents de Port Venus. Linge de nuit et serviette de toilette à disposition. Les petits plus: planche à repasser et fer, parasol, calle-dos de plage, capsules Nespreso à disposition, et en cadeau de bienvenue une bouteille de rosé de la région… La description ne serait pas complète sans y rajouter l’accueil tres chaleureux de Frédéric et de son épouse lors de la remise et le retour des clés.

bel emplacement et bel appartement
Un accueil chaleureux par Frédéric, une grande disponibilité avec accueil personnalisé dans l'appartement (café / eau / Bouteille de vin). L'appartement est idéalement situé proche de tout (2mn du centre par la marina), et au calme ce qui permet de profiter le soir de la terrasse avec vue sur les bateaux et le matin d'un petit déjeuner au calme. A refaire sans aucun doute Merci Francis
